ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS FOR BROCHURE PRINTING

When your artwork is ready, before uploading we recommend that you download our Print Ready Checklist to make sure your job will be of high quality. To qualify for our 100% satisfaction guarantee your artwork must be submitted in the following format. We only accept adobe PDF files with the following attributes:

• 300 DPI resolution
• 2mm bleed (5mm bleed for booklets)
• Crop and bleed marks included
• Fonts outlined, text no smaller than 5pt
• Everything important 2mm (minimum) from trim line
• All colours are converted to CMYK

If you are printing your brochures for the first time we recommend that you use our “Please Check my Artwork” option. It is only $20.00 and this way we can check that your brochure artwork will give you a high quality product.

ONLINE PRINT MANAGEMENT

If you get the same brochure regularly printed or have more than one office and you use different contact details or office details on your brochures, you may find our Online Print Management Software to be a great solution for you.

It is free to use, and also very user friendly. Once you upload the artwork file, let us know which areas you would like to have as variable areas (contacts, phone numbers, addresses, etc) and we will set it up as an online template. All you have to do then is log into the online print management software, update the variable fields if needed, proof it online and send your brochures to print. We will then get your brochure printing job printed and deliver the job to your door.
