WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT OUR 100 PERCENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to feel secure when you order any printing from us. That is why we have our 100 percent satisfaction guarantee promise.
All of our printing jobs are backed by our 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed. With that said, we can only print based on the artwork that you provide to us.
That is why we ask that all jobs meet the following artwork specifications. If your artwork does not meet these requirements we can’t offer our 100 percent satisfaction guarantee as there are to many areas that can go wrong and your job won’t be printed as high quality.
For instance if the DPI is lower than 300 there is a chance that the artwork will be pixelated. If the colour is to edge and you don’t have bleed going past the trim marks you may end up with a white border where you don’t want one. These are just some things that may go wrong if you don’t provide your artwork as detailed below.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS FOR PRINTING
When your artwork is ready, before uploading we recommend that you download our Print Ready Checklist to make sure your job will be of high quality. We only accept adobe PDF files with the following attributes:
- 300 DPI resolution
- 2mm bleed (5mm bleed for booklets)
- Crop and bleed marks included
- Fonts outlined, text no small than 5pt
- Everything important 2mm (minimum) from trim line
- All colours are converted to CMYK
If you are printing something for the first time we recommend that you use our “Please Check my Artwork” option. It is only $20.00 and this way we can check that your artwork will give you a high quality product.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IF YOU AREN’T HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRINTING JOB
Sometime things don’t go to plan. Just like every business we are human, and on the very odd occasion mistakes may happen.
If your job isn’t delivered in the high quality that you expected give us a call straight away. Don’t leave it, give us a call on 02 4306 0583 as soon as you can. You will need to contact us within 4 working days of delivery if there is a problem. We will get the necessary details from you and get the problem solved as quickly as possible. We plan to be here for a long time and want to be a long term partner of your business. We will do everything we possibly can to ensure that your problem is rectified as quickly as possible. We will either get your job reprinted or give you a refund.
